The final night of the Mutation Phase in Europe tour arrived in Helsinki on April 28th, 2026, as INFECTED RAIN and BUTCHER BABIES brought their co-headline run to a close at Ääniwalli. With rising act BLACK SPIKES opening the evening, the lineup reflected the tour’s broader identity: a modern metal package built on a mix of metalcore, nu-metal influences, and groove-driven aggression.
Within the industrial confines of Ääniwalli, a venue well-suited to heavier genres, the night ultimately functioned as a concise summary of the tour itself—modern metal presented in multiple forms, unified less by stylistic uniformity than by shared intensity.
