Again, like thrash metal, hardcore has a special place in people’s hearts. For a good reason – their shows are notoriously robust and highly entertaining.
AGNOSTIC FRONT is a Brutal Assault frequent attraction at this point. No harm there, though, as their shows are always a blast. They have over 40 years of experience in business, and they never lower the bar. Canadian COUNTERPARTS are more of a new spin on hardcore, mixing it with metalcore elements at the same time being able to convey so much emotion in their lyrics. HERIOT is difficult to classify. It has a very strong sludge vibe, but at the same time, it’s completely soaked with hardcore and metalcore. And like the predecessors, they can be surprisingly soft at times. RYKER‘s is a German band that is sometimes dubbed “the flagship of European hardcore”. No wonder, as they are as solid as cobblestones. Expect a decent-sized pit in front of the stage. American ZEKE has always been insanely fast and equally ferocious. They predominantly play punk rock and a sort of bluesy style of hard rock. It will be a wild ride for sure.
