KAUNIS KUOLEMATON, THE ABBEY, and four other Finnish acts added to complete the lineup.
Tuska festival‘s program, to be celebrated in Helsinki’s Suvilahti from June 28th until June 30th, 2024, has reached its final form. The final piece of the puzzle is none other than SLAYER axeman Kerry King, whose brand new debut solo single “Idle Hands” proved that the apple has not fallen far from the tree and that’s exactly how we love it. King’s solo debut album will be released in May and along with the maestro himself, the lineup boasts such heavy hitters as drummer legend Paul Bostaph, ex-MACHINE HEAD guitarist Phil Demmel, HELLYEAH bassist Kyle Sanders, and DEATH ANGEL vocalist Mark Oseguda.
The 2024 Tuska lineup is finalized by a legion of Finnish heavy specialists; melodic doomsters KAUNIS KUOLEMATON, progressive doom act THE ABBEY, metal synth-/retrowave unit NIGHTSTOP, melodic death/black metal hybrid serving SUOTANA from the Arctic circle, brutal and technical old school death metal outfit MALFORMED and modern melodic metal ambassadors SHEREIGN.
Tuska KVLT bands, who redeemed their festival slots by participating in Tuska KVLT activities at last year’s festival, will still be added to the program.
