We have some great news for you regarding our lineup this year! You’ve never seen either of these bands at Brutal before (except Artillery), so get ready for the premieres!
We always welcome Nergal to our fortress with open arms, but this time he won’t be coming with Behemoth – he will join us wearing and singing melancholic songs of ME AND THAT MAN. Next addition to the line-up are Danish thrashers ARTILLERY, who’ve been playing for 40 years, followed by two excellent black metal bands – GAEREA from Portugal and PANZERFAUST from Canada, then SHAAM LAREIN, who come from psych-rock, but they are brimming with occult atmosphere and a touch of Middle East. The extravagant VULTURE INDUSTRIES explore darker musical horizons in a unique blend of progressive rock, experimental metal with a dash of avant-garde, against it are straightforward songs full of hardcore and Slayer riffs by SPIRIT WORLD.
Unfortunately, it’s not all good news – there have been some cancellations, mostly due to health and/or family reasons. Dropping from the roster are: Extinction A.D., Fueled by Fire, Manes, Mors Principium Est, Psycroptic, Razor and The Black Dahlia Murder (RIP Trevor).
