Weekend Festival returned to Vermo Event Park in Espoo, once again bringing together tens of thousands of electronic music fans for one of the Nordic region’s largest EDM festivals. The 2-day event was held from July 31st to August 1st 2026, featuring everything from mainstream dance music and big-room anthems to hard techno and bass-driven performances, the festival delivered another weekend packed with high-energy productions along with both domestic and international talent.
The opening day began under warm summer skies before a heavy afternoon rain shower arrived just as the first artists took to the stages. Fortunately, the rain eased as the evening progressed, doing little to dampen the atmosphere as the nearly sold-out crowd continued to celebrate throughout the day.
