Time truly flies. Ten years ago, VOLA released their outstanding debut album, “Inmazes,” and to celebrate its anniversary, the band organized a one-off, very special evening at DR Koncerthuset in Copenhagen. The concept was simple and irresistible: “Inmazes” performed in full, followed by a selection of the band’s most beloved tracks.
There was never any doubt we had to be there. Bags were packed, flights booked, and we traveled all the way from Helsinki to Copenhagen to experience the album front to back in a seated, immersive setting. What followed was a beautifully executed performance that did full justice to the record, while the additional songs rounded out the evening perfectly.
