On November 18th, 2025, HANABIE rolled into HUXLEY’S NEUE WELT and turned the place into a loud, sweaty playground. No mystery, no slow build. From the moment they hit the stage, it was clear this was going to be one of those nights where you stop checking your phone and just give in to the chaos. Berlin was more than ready for it.
Special guest SUN opened the night with a darker, heavier vibe. Their set leaned into atmosphere and weight rather than speed, which worked well as a lead-in. It pulled the crowd in without burning them out, setting things up nicely before everything went off the rails later.
When HANABIE appeared, any remaining sense of order disappeared in a heartbeat. The band bounced between crushing breakdowns, sharp riffs, and moments of pure chaos like it was the most natural thing in the world. Vocalist Yukina switched from brutal screams to catchy hooks without blinking, clearly having the time of her life and dragging the crowd along with them. It’s a mystery how such a small-framed, cute young lady has such power in her vocal cords. The energy in the room was explosive. Pits opened, people danced, people laughed, and nobody stood still for one minute. Guitarist Matsuri and bassist Hettsu kept things tight and heavy, while drummer Chika powered through the set like slowing down simply wasn’t an option. What really makes HANABIE special live is how effortless it all feels. It’s heavy without being serious, chaotic without being messy. One minute the crowd is going wild, the next, everyone’s smiling like they’re in on the same joke. By the end of the night, HUXLEY’S NEUE WELT was hot, loud, and completely spent. HANABIE didn’t overthink it, and neither did the crowd. It was a fantastic and fun show from start to finish. Check our photo gallery here…
