The second day of the Weekend Festival continued at Vermo Event Park in Espoo on August 1st, 2026, bringing another full day of electronic music, dance and high-energy live performances to a festival that was once again close to selling out.
After the rain showers of the opening day, Saturday offered a more settled festival atmosphere. The large crowd made its way between the stages throughout the afternoon and evening, with the programme ranging from Finnish electronic and dance music to drum & bass, trance and contemporary EDM.
The day’s programme featured a varied selection of artists. MILLA LEHTO brought her energetic DJ set to the festival, while WINDOWS95MAN added his distinctive blend of electronic pop and Eurovision-inspired showmanship. One of the day’s most anticipated performances came from PENDULUM (DJ SET), whose combination of drum & bass, rock and live instrumentation provided a clear change of pace.
The evening continued with KOVEN, who delivered a cheerful and energetic performance that was matched by an equally enthusiastic and upbeat audience, keeping the atmosphere lively throughout the set. Followed by KÄÄRIJÄ as a part of the mysterious WEEKEND SHOW. MADDIX kept the tempo high before MARTIN GARRIX took over the main stage, delivering one of the festival’s biggest EDM productions of the weekend. The second day at Future Stage closed with NEELIX, whose progressive and psychedelic trance sound and lively character brought a different dimension to the final hours of the festival, leaving guests in good spirits as everyone started to exit the area.
Our second-day gallery captures moments from all of these performances, from the afternoon sets to the biggest productions of the evening.
