Hard rock trio UNKNOWN DECOY were formed in Jyväskylä, Finland, in 2015. They started with local Rock Academy Jyväskylä‘s support and released two singles and one EP. After some lineup changes, the current one formed in 2020. Now right after the March 2023 single, “Gasoline,” the band have released another new song!
“New Generation” is an up-beat hard rock song about the biggest problems in the world right now, like climate crisis, capitalism, and extreme wealth differences, though UNKNOWN DECOY handles these issues in more positive way: “We want our generation to take action and actively change things so the world will become a better place to live for all of us. If the youngsters of our planet would start to change things with the same energy and attitude as our new single, there would soon be nothing to worry about!”
