Less than a month to go until Ghost’s show in Madrid

Swedish melodic metal band GHOST, famous for their stunning stage presence and aura of mystery, will make a one-off stop in Madrid on April 30th as part of their world tour. At this special concert, the band will present a new incarnation of their iconic papal figure, a key element in their artistic evolution.

Founded in 2006 in Linköping by Tobias Forge, GHOST has built a unique musical and visual universe, combining heavy metal influences with an aesthetic inspired by horror cinema and occult symbolism. Although Forge was initially an enigma to fans, a legal dispute in 2017 revealed his identity, confirming his role as the mastermind behind the band. While he brings to life different versions of their enigmatic spiritual leader, the rest of the musicians remain anonymous, known only as the Nameless Ghouls.

The group continues to achieve success with their unmistakable fusion of theatricality and dark rock. Their most recent release, the soundtrack to “Rite Here Rite Now” (2023), served as an accompaniment to their concert film, combining live footage with narrative scenes devised by Forge. This approach has reinforced their reputation as one of the genre’s most innovative offerings.

In 2025, GHOST continues to conquer stages and expand their musical universe. The band’s fans in Spain will be able to experience their dazzling live show in a night that promises to be unforgettable.

Tickets are available through Live Nation.
