On November 11th, 2025, Italian Gothic metal outfit LACUNA COIL rolled into Tampere for a show at Tavara-Asema, with support from NONPOINT. It had been quite some time since we last saw the band live, and with no Helsinki date on the schedule, the trip to Tampere felt like the perfect excuse for a potential trip down memory lane.
While the setlist leaned heavily toward material from their latest album, “Sleepless Empire,” LACUNA COIL still managed to nod to the past with refreshed versions of classics like “Heaven’s a Lie” and “Swamped.” The venue was packed, the atmosphere was electric, and as per usual, the band delivered a thoroughly solid and memorable night out.
