AVACIA are a 3-man group from Turku, whose second album, “Minä Minä Minä,” was released on May 5th, 2023, the same day as the show at Logomo in Turku where they opened for STAM1NA. AVACIA‘s sound is reminiscent of old STAM1NA, meaning that opening up for STAM1NA on this day was a perfect pairing.
Logomo‘s Teatro was sold out with five hundred and fifty people in attendance. STAM1Na played at least one new song, “Vereen piirretty viiva,” and had two guest singers as well: Sonja Kangastalo – who has performed with them in the past – was present for “Gaian lapsi,” while Hannele Haimila was the other guest of the night. Hyrde joked around throughout the night, for example, demonstrating the difference between walking around Turku versus their hometown of Lemi. The gig left everyone feeling good when it wrapped up, making for a very nice night.
