Norwegian metal act KVELERTAK recently released their new album, “Endling.” In support of the release of the record, they are currently on a European tour. On October 29th, 2023, KVELERTAK hit club Hole44 in Berlin.
The Norwegian metal band from Stavanger, whose lyrics are almost exclusively written in Norwegian, mixes hardcore punk with influences from rock’n’roll and metal. Fans’ expectations were high when KVELERTAK took the stage, and the band did not disappoint at all. The venue was sold out and packed to the brim. They opened with “Kroterveg te Helvete,” the first single from the new album “Endling.” This brilliant start was immediately followed by the classic “Blodtorst” from the 2010 album “Kvelertak.” The audience was already in an ecstatic state from the start: there was chaos, with people dancing, moshing, and crowd surfing which made our photographer’s job uneasy, since there was no photopit. Frontman Ivar Nikolaisen was particularly having the time of his life, as he dived into the crowd several times with his microphone stand.
Overall, the show was a rousing, energetic spectacle that sent fans into a frenzy. The local booking agency Trinity Music organized everything on the highest level. The band proved once again why they are one of the most exciting live acts in the metal scene and are taking the hearts of their fans by storm. Check our photo gallery here…
