In Finland’s metal circles, midsummer is very well known for being the time of year where metalheads head to Kauhajoki to celebrate some juhannus madness at Nummirock. We headed out to the festival from June 21st until June 24th, 2023. This year’s Nummirock had a wonderful lineup with STAM1NA, BEAST IN BLACK, and BEHEMOTH as headliners. While local legends like BRYMIR, BLOODRED HOURGLASS, and TURMION KÄTILÖT solidified the lineup, acts like BLOODYWOOD, ABORTED, and ASKING ALEXANDRIA were a breathe of fresh air on the festival’s roster.
The third day of Nummirock included bands like GUTALAX, BLOODRED HOURGLASS, MAJ KARMA, FORESEEN, VADER, BEAST IN BLACK, and the STEREO TERROR DJs. Check out our photo gallery here…
