Nummirock is a renowned metal festival held annually in Finland, drawing metalheads from all over the world to experience a weekend of headbanging, mosh pits, and unforgettable performances while celebrating the Finnish midsummer madness called Juhannus. The festival, set against the picturesque backdrop of Nummijärvi, Kauhajoki, offers a lineup of top-tier metal bands spanning various subgenres, making it a must-attend event for any metal enthusiast.
This year’s festival took place from June 19th to June 22nd, 2024, and with a lineup consisting of legendary veterans such as BODY COUNT and KERRY KING, go-to names of folk metal ELUVEITIE and ENSIFERUM, and the festival’s domestic veteran bands like FEAR OF DOMINATION, RYTMIHÄIRIÖ, and HUORA, among others, we of course went to check it out.
After a scorching third day of Nummirock, it was time to get ready for the grand finale of the festival. The fourth and final day featured bands such as FEAR OF DOMINATION, TAROT, CROWNSHIFT, INSOMNIUM, KERRY KING, and STEREO TERROR DJ’S. See our gallery below!
