Finnish Gothic metal outfit FOR MY PAIN… are truly back. Kicking off 2026 with the release of their brand-new album, “Buried Blue,” the band brought the celebration to Tavastia in Helsinki as part of their Finnish tour. The evening also marked our live debut of a new addition to the lineup, with vocalist Riina Rinkinen joining the band on stage.
Support came from MELANKOLIA, a name previously unfamiliar to us, but one that quickly made a strong impression thanks to their energetic and engaging performance.
FOR MY PAIN… delivered exactly what fans were hoping for, blending beloved classics like “Rapture of Lust” and “Queen Misery” with fresh material from “Buried Blue.” New tracks such as “WitchBitch Elite,” “Windows Are Weeping,” and the excellent opener “Hungry for Desire” fit seamlessly into the set and sounded fantastic live.
